They have appeals court...when judges GET it wrong...used frequently...as I see it.
Clearly...with the FDA regulatory folks... looking at the "preponderance of evidence"...that shows Amarex went out of their way...to shaft us...No need for bribes...We don't have the money anyway.
I sincerely hope you are wrong...arbitrator is "held to a lesser standard."
