Our back history has Everything to do with it...IF it appeared...our history was LILY white...(non reference to the drug) there would be No lawsuit...lawyers look for smoke...IF it's a fire...it's too late.
A party (ambulance chaser) must file a declaration APPLYING...providing sufficient evidence to the court...that someone might suffer (whistleblower) plaintiff/antagonist from information being released to the general public.
A sealed document (smoke screen) generally would be seen as an affront to the defendants...by it's very nature...suggesting some form of wrong-doing.
Aggregated...what the general public doesn't know will hurt them.
