His source of income will stop. For years now he has been living off the proceeds of stock sales and profiting from the illegal pump and dumps. Where do you think he gets the $$ he's "loaning" back to the company? He's sold stock through affiliates and pocketed the $$, this is the bottom line and the smoking gun that's going to get him taken out by the Feds.
