easier to do 4:000:1 R/S and take it private
Major ownership by a couple of entities with only small stake owned by shareholders following the 4000:1 R/S. Then take it private.
Use the 4000:1 R/S to open up the til to convertible shares and raising cash to payoff debt and liabilities and then issue equity to partners. Then reset as a private company.
Are the days of being a public company numbered?
sounds crazy, but we also know how crazy Kazi has been with her previous hunches that have come to fruition over time.
Hopefully, she'll be able to share more on ihub since that place has been in decline since her 1 post per day limit and the moderators being stacked with Snpw promoters.
