Interesting point you raise, Sean, about the attorney fees and who pays them. I just looked at the agreement and it doesn't seem to say anything about the other company paying if the sides settle prior to judgement. That could potentially be more reason for Amarex to want to settle, and there could be good reason for CYDY to want to settle sooner than a year from now as well. We shall see!
