It would be my understanding of the case... that attorney fees would be paid by the "loser."..That the FDA forged ahead with their own inquiry into the matter might be Very suggestive to the arbitrator...that they were at fault...resulting in a favorable decision...IF totally paid in full...we would have about $60 plus million in our warchest
