1. Stage 4 breast cancer - Widely metastatic - spread to multiple sites in the body (including the brain in Nader's MIL).
2. Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) - A primary tumor of the brain (primary refers to the original organ location/cell type, like breast, colon, prostate, lung, etc).
Even though they can each be in the brain, they're two different beasts, both ugly.
