I didn't see this before posting my other message but we have owed money to Samsung for a long time. I am a little curious as to why we would want to switch (if it was our choice) and I'm very worried that Samsung is going to come looking for the rest of their money through legal means because I don't think we can weather two serious legal matters without selling all of the shares that we just approved.

I feel better that we've transferred manufacturing but some more detail and insight from the company would be nice.
