They need to schedule a CC and explain what significant and immediate key objectives we're going to be able to make progress on (per Dr. JL's comments). It's getting really frustrating to hear vague hyperbolic comments about positive events that might or could happen and then get hit with bad news like this out of nowhere.

I'm sure Samsung didn't like hearing that we had paid our legal team in full already while we've owed money for years now to Samsung. What a slap in the face.
