I suspect that Tanya was a driving force behind booting Nader instead of letting him linger and without her we may have had a much higher chance of getting absolutely hammered by the Feds. Vyera got a $40 million fine. Their case is apples and oranges but still....

I still think the Cyrus hire was a good one although he could have taken a more extroverted approach to IR and maybe he was not aggressive enough with the FDA, it's tough to say. I know Antonio said he would do more outreach but I think with a new CEO on the horizon it's probably best to wait and give that person the chance to set a new tone and potentially a new direction.
