Attempting to hold new management accountable for issues with past management is IMO asinine and unprofessional but from Cyrus' comments, it sounds like that's what the FDA has done.

There's no reason the relationship should have needed to be rebuilt with Nader gone, it should have started with a clean slate. I've wondered if Cyrus has been too deferential to the FDA with his approach but the ball is in their court.
