Re: USS JOHNSTON #138751
Totally agree, Nader knew the science from a non medical person perspective, which he was not. He hired Amarex to do their job and they blew it. It certainly shows we should have has a more experienced ceo that knows how to navigate this process. Kaz really is the problem, he could have done his job. I have no doubt that the communication between Kaz and Nader was basically Kaz telling Nader these are not big problems, he can get it done, etc.. Nader should have smelled incompetence long ago but he trusted Kaz to do what he was paid to do. It sounds like communication between the fda and Amarex might not have been copied to Cytodyn, making the understanding of what was going on even more cloudy.
It makes me angry that that whole time nader painted a picture of confidence. He really had no idea what was going on or how to manage any of it.
The other thing that struck me was the Fda looking like the archaic entity that they are. All of the comments of the fda outline what needs to be done, how to handle the dosing etc looks like they were throwing huge delays into the process. I think they wanted another hiv trial and Nader likely was trying to get the fda to get stuck with the bla they had from them so they would not have to prolong the process that was already way late. As for covid, Cytodyn never had a chance. The fda already was not interested in Cytodyn for anything. The mech of action was very clear to us, how can the fda not get it?
