yes, i am concerned - but i don't see how my concerns could be called theoretical.

i spent my first 4 years out of school in investment banking (some of that in re-structuring) and then moved to the investment side ever since. so i've seen it all - and financial stress at a company is always a concern. add to that our lack of leadership, and yes - i'm worried. because it takes more than just a great product to succeed - you need execution. maybe you feel like we're executing well right now.

for me, i'll lose a lot of money if they're unable to get this back on track - so yes, that worries me.
