The 10Q should be filed today or Monday at the latest (it's due tomorrow so not sure how that works) and it may have an update on what's going on with the hold, which could be relatively up-to-date if it's under subsequent events.

A hold submission doesn't require an 8K. It's merely part of the back and forth with the FDA and even BLA submissions weren't 8K'ed in the past. I'm sure we'll get a press release when the hold is lifted.
