I could see Cytodyn, at the hearing, laying out the impact financially this Amarex screw up is. Cytodyn paid Amarex $80mil, the past 2-3 years that leronlimab could have generated in revenue if Amarex had don a proper job is somewhere around $40mil and the impact to the stock price (was north of $1 a share, now is inder $.20) has a whopping $800mil loss, etc...

This could get really bad for Amarex if they let it get to the hearing. If Amarex is defending itself with an email from Nader telling them to file the BLA done or not, it think they will not want to face the music from the arbitrator.
