does not really matter, that date is the deadline to get this resolved by if Amarex, NSF and their insurer wants to limit the damage - if they decide they have a good chance of losing this. I guess that after the hearing they could try and negotiate a settlement, but at that point all the heavy lifting is done for all the lawyers and Cytodyn will likely not be interested in hearing any settlement if they know the arbitrator's ruling will be favorable for them. they just have to wait.
