The funding for salary increases won’t come from revenue from sales. It will come from selling a lot of shares at 17 cents.
The salary vote may be advisory, but the share increase vote isn’t. I voted no. They don’t deserve a raise.
Many times before the shareholders, myself included have voted for more dilution. Nothing has changed, nothing has happened.
Not this time, I voted NO.
