Again, this is ADVISORY ONLY on the salaries. They can offer a new CEO whatever they want to, and they can pay themselves whatever they want to.
They are having an "advisory vote" either because the by-laws require a meaningless vote (I haven't read the by-laws so I don't know), or because they want to make shareholders think that they have some say in the compensation -- which we do NOT.
