I thought people might find this helpful in connection with the time an arbitrator with a case like CYDY/Amarex might render a decision. Granted, this is only one institution, but it gives some idea as to what COULD happen. This is taken from the following link:

"Arbitrators on average took three months to produce awards; cases with larger amounts in dispute typically have a longer duration, whereas cases with smaller amounts in dispute tend to be resolved more quickly (70% of cases with an amount in dispute below USD 1 million reach a final award within a year)."
We hope this case is worth over $100mm, so it may take several months.
