Junebug we are still friends (I respect your thoughts on these issues).  Could the permission to study and survey a lake fall through?  I don't think that is likely --- what does a country have to lose by granting a study?  The bigger issue, and I suspect the one you are suggesting, is what if the concession for logging this lake is not granted?  I also feel this is a concern, but if this is a new concession in a different country, then nothing should be any different for HIMR.  That is why I would like to know if this is some other country.  On the otherhand, if this study is for a lake or reservoir HIMR has already told us about, then I have some serious questions.
