I like your passion GET MONEY.  And, if you can pursue the legal angle without great cost, I applaud you for your efforts.  Keep in mind, we do not really know what is happening on the HIMR end.  While I do feel the company is doing everything correctly at the moment, I have seen companies turn their backs on investors without even a moment's notice.  I don't think North Cal Wood Products will allow HIMR to do this, but one just never knows.  For all we know though, HIMR could have a creditor or maybe a contractor who wants or needs their money right now, and the share price is not their concern.
