It's interesting that the 'C' twins have never heard of vicarious liability of a parent and subsidiary company. As you've stated, with the control exerted by NSF on the Amarex Board of Directors, it would seem that vicarious liability would be a component of the complaint, even though NSF isn't named specifically.
