Hey Craig, I mean Cydyer, we've heard you sing that song before.
Indeed there is a preponderance of evidence that NSF exerted control over Amarex, including appointing NSF high-level executives to run Amarex; having them on the Board; having the NSF president say that he would personally investigate; and more stuff.
We've been over this many times. Every time the pot is to be stirred, this false claim surfaces again.
NSF controls Amarex, and they are liable too.
