Part of the CYDY mystery novel, what I remember about the time that seems weird: It was totally within NP's job description to order Dr. K to submit a BLA. It is not in Dr. K's job description to submit a messed up BLA even at NP's request. It took a whole month after NP's request for Dr. K to submit an incomplete BLA. Dr. K could have just said I won't do it. If someone asks you to commit a crime and you do it you can't just say he told me to.
If they had planned this together, Covid had come into play! The share price actually took off after they both sold! And the share price took off again the next February. Odd.
