yup, every time i read it, even if you take out the SEC's bias, it is not too difficult to see the wrongdoing. Even as it was happening, i don't see how Nader and Kaz did not know they were violating the SEC rules and doing something illegal.

It really upsets me when everyone (including me) was asking why Nader never bought shares with his own money. he sure was quick to sell when there was an opportunity!
