With Nader the indictment contains a litany of instances where he was not publicly truthful with investors so pegging him as a stone cold liar shouldn't be difficult. He's in real jeopardy of being behind bars for at least 17 years.

The positive for the company, and it's a big one, is that to my knowledge none of Nader's bullshit made it into SEC filings. They paint an accurate picture of what was happening with the company.
