"Reasonableness of the arbitrator"...here is my thoughts...you have one of the largest Law firms in the world representing your company...the FDA is pursuing the defendant through legal means...the parent company (NSF) and child (Amarex) has the means...sitting in a hypothetical pool of jurors..and understanding the DAMAGE done to CYtodyn...what's your call?...in my opinion...your future as an arbitrator hangs in the balance...best you get it right...ALL eyes are on you.
