Every stock investment is just a concept. You do your due diligence to gauge the likelihood that a stock will go up but it is certainly no guarantee. In the case of Amarex we know that significant damage has been done. We know that Sidley are highly experienced litigators. We know that any reasonable arbitrator will see the amount of damage done and find in favor of Cytodyn. The main unknown is the reasonableness of the arbitrator.
