Probably just another case of Nader knowing how to pick em.
There were Nader-era internal control deficiencies cited in last year's 10K but they don't seem to be associated with this conflict of interest issue on the part of the auditor. Could have just been a random PCAOB inspection of Warren Averett's auditing that uncovered it or Warren Averett could have been on the PCAOB's radar for other questionable stuff, or maybe another body investigating Nader noticed it and tipped the PCAOB off.
