just adding some info here. 10k's have deadlines. the deadline for cytodyn is 90 days after fiscal year end. fiscal year end is 5-31 and today is the 90th day. when filing late, an NT-10K is required. that form is due tomorrow. the NT-10K must state the reason for the late filing. the NT-10K (non-timely 10k) filing grants a 15 day delay. new deadline would be 15 days from today, or 9-13. the ides again folks. btw the ides are famous for negativity. if you are up on your literature you understand. its a famous thing right? BEWARE the ides. anyway, lets not talk about the ides again, just the basics.
