This isn’t news to anyone. Nobody was expecting the $100m to pay for a field trip to Disneyland. But cleaning up our debt right as the hold gets lifted would be incredibly positive.
And we’ll get more than $100m IMO. One could argue (and SA likely did argue) that Amarex cost us FDA approval or at least an EUA during Covid. How much is that opportunity loss worth?
