I do not want to burst anyone's bubble before the weekend but I see a little bit too much hype about the 100MUSD figure lately.
Lets say we really get 100MUSD from AMAREX (I assume a fair figure for shareholders would be around 500M+USD, but this is unrealistic):
I guess the money will be distributed like following:
- 10-20MUSD success fee for our lawyers
- 50-70MUSD for our creditors (Samsung!!, Fife and others)
- rest for Cytodyn daily business (what is our current burning rate?)
Samsung didn't get paid for several years now and they are still essential for us. I assume they will have a high priority when we start paying back some debts. I also assume they will not deliver any LL for our future trials in advance without payment first.
I did not check Cytodyns financials latley but a substantial reduction of dept would be really good, but i doubt this will be mirrored appropriately in the share price. We will need a potent partner or we will have to dilute to raise money for our future trials.
I hope we will get substantially more than 100MUSD from AMAREX but I guess the chances are slim.
