To the best of our collective knowledge, CYDY has requested a final hearing date, which means there has not been a final hearing yet. It could takes weeks or months to get such a date. After the final hearing, it could again take weeks or months for the arbitrator to issue their decision.

In sum, we have no expected dates for anything at this time, until CYDY tells us when that final hearing date is/was and then we won't know the final outcome until the arbitrator issues their binding decision. Don't expect it for the next few months and if it comes sooner and is in CYDY's favor and Amarex has the money to pay, we'll all be pleasantly surprised.
