I take some solace in them stating they have all the funding for our legal battle. That either means someone else is footing the bill or it’s all over except the payout. Or else how could they definitively say they would not need more funds for legal bills? How could they know it won’t drag out or need appeals filed…?

Because the big bag of $$$ is near IMO.

A surprise announcement of $100m+ coming into the coffers would certainly catch the shorts with their pants down.
