It's possible that p27 (upregulated due to CCL5 (RANTES) downregulation) affects PCNA through knockdown of CDK2, CDK4 and CDK6 (on the regulator list). It's also possible that p21, p38 or p57 that also downregulate PCNA are the factors. p21, p38 and p57 are on my list of proteins to look at to see if they are effected by leronlimab.
