Thanks for the link to the pre-clinical study, which is much more informative than the hyperbole that hit all the news feeds. Because PCNA is so central to human biology I am naturally suspicious of drug targets and the detail in the article helps to unravel it at a more detailed level. Any impact Leronlimab has on PCNA must be indirect; can you shed more light on that or do you have a journal reference I can look into?
