I cannot imagine a greater insult to FDA than to make a deal with a (enfant terrible) Martin Shkreli company on top of all those BLA sh*it what was going down. (You are not insulted enough with the BLA snafu, ... wait we have an other insult for you... )
How could Nader, Kelly and the board come to the conclusion that this was a good idea?
It seems they were working hard to piss off FDA even more. In the end we did not see a cent out of this deal and we trashed the rest of our credibility, like a typical OTC stock ...
