The current uber-popular and heavily advertised Ozempic is a once per week injection.
Leronlimab as a once weekly injection for NASH would/will be big, bidding war big, imo. That's your game-changer; what are the current treatment options?? Long acting LL is down the road. A partner or buyer won't be deterred by once weekly dosing. Don't shoot your-Receptor Occupancy-self in the foot by wishing for something longer acting.
