And think of this: If company A wanted to put Company B out of business, by perpetrating a fraud --
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WOULD BE VOID.
Fraud is grounds for breaking arbitration agreements.
Thanks for demonstrating what I've been saying all along -- that there may be other causes of action that would enable CYDY to haul Amarex and their PARENT COMPANY* into court.
* "PARENT COMPANY" was specifically stated in the conference call, by CYDY, when talking about going after Amarex, with LITIGATION.
