There is ALWAYS a right to appeal a decision made due to fraud or a partial arbitrator because in such cases, that would void their decision.

And I don't agree that a claim of mishandling is made simply because one doesn't like the decision. The statue clearly lays out what the causes must be, and short of any of those, ain't nothing one can do about a final decision.
