Sidley's not perfect though.
In the complaint for injunctive relief they listed the wrong company as a defendant. NSF International Inc is named but they aren't the entity that owns Amarex.
I'm hoping for the best but I've seen shoddy work from giant law firms. Last year Dorsey and Whitney totally whiffed on an impending buyout of an oil technology company that was actually a scam perpetrated on unsuspecting North American shareholders by the Turkish mafia. It was right there in plain sight in multiple documents Dorsey attorneys signed but somehow they were oblivious to it.
I am far from an expert but have closely followed quite a few arbitrations and wish we had a panel of 3 arbitrators instead of just one though, as that would go much further toward guaranteeing that a just decision will be reached.
