Craig, Wouldn't Sidley, and/or CYDY, have done some serious due diligence on Amarex's assets prior to all of this?

Wouldn't the CYDY Amarex agreement disclose Amarex's insurance coverage?

Seems stupid for such entities to spend time and assets chasing a pot of gold that might not exist. CYDY has certainly qualified in the past under that "stupid" category and I certainly hope they have cured that, Sidley hardly seems stupid and this sure as hell ain't their first rodeo.
