thanks Craig. I'm thinking the settlement or award will come from Amarex's mal-practice insurance policy.

Thanks for clearing that up regarding the final hearing date. But if Amarex decides to settle, they may do so prior to the final hearing date, if they want to attempt a low ball offer.
If they want to wait for the final hearing, their settlement offer will likely increase as SA re-inforces their argument to the Arbiter and re-inforces the FDA's regulatory action taken against Amarex.
If they wait for the last minute, SA will reject Amarex's offer and go with the Arbiter's decision and again, he/she knows the face amount of the policy.
