I actually would also go a step further as to say that not granting an EUA during COVID based on the two studies we did was the FDA screwing us as well.
From Yale Medicine:
An EUA can only be granted when no adequate, approved, available alternatives exist, and when the known and potential benefits outweigh the potential risks.
Our COVID trials absolutely showed POTENTIAL benefit and they far outweighed the potential risks.
