Yes, but not quite my point. I meant no BLA and no documentation that could be used for an approval that was denied unfairly. We all know there is good data, but it needs to be presented correctly. There is a protocol for submitting such data and thus far, CYDY has yet to present according to that protocol. I am not talking about protocol for new trials.
