QTMM is a job not a company as it's (1) clearly listed as Juuli's current job at Nokian on her profile, and (2) obviously stands for Quality and Technical Material Management which is also show on her profile as her current job. Nowhere does she distinguish them as separate entities in her profile as you want to believe.
