Except that she posted the following on the QMC LinkedIn site. This is a verbatim quotation that I cut and paste. My quotation marks.
"I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as QTMM Manager at Nokian Tyres plc!"
In her LinkedIn bio, she distinguishes between QTMM and Nokian as separate entities. At least that is how I read it. It is confusing though when you contrast this with her direct quotation. Perhaps she's been working at QTMM for one year and two months but just got promoted to QTMM Manager at Nokian where she's been working for the past twelve-plus years? Does that mean she has dual employment?
