it would be interesting if cytodyn does get a $100 million settlement and then uses the money to buy back stock and reduce the # of shares. My opinion is that stock holders went through multiple rounds of dilution to raise the cash to pay amarex, stock holders should get he dilution back. probably not going to happen but to me it makes sense.
