C/C scheduled for Monday...I'd represent that as Good News!
A Supplementary Statement of Claims adds to the written narrative that sets forth the facts of the original dispute...in essence asserts new claims...to the original.
The term "arbitrator" includes both one and three arbitrators...which would suggest...not necessarily one individual calling the shots.
This arbitration started Oct/21...22 months ago...sentido kumon would suggest our train is getting much closer to the marshalling yards.
Although the future of Cytodyn could be cast as a binary event (merger/buyout/acquisition)...the future of the Large Molecule is much more certain.

Would dollars received from a settlement be considered revenue or regarded as original payments clawed back?...the tax implications are enormously different.
Amarex worked for us from 2013-2021...eight years averaging ten million a year.
The key question to ask is: "What was the settlement (and its corresponding payments) intended to replace?"
Perhaps a case could be grounded in a discrimination claim?
That money represents a new lease on life in the world of Cytodyn...and will be a singular catalyst in the runup in SP.
The clouds look to be clearing up some.
