I did not state that there are dates set for the arbitrator to decide. What i was stating was that the arbitrator sets dates for each side to respond to claims and defense of those claims formally by set dates. If those responses do not lead to some sort of agreed settlement, then the arbitrator takes the responsibility to decide based on all presented claims and defense. I feel like this announcement by Cytodyn is to tell the arbitrator that there is no more back and forth between both parties lawyers and they want the arbitrator to decide.

My only reason to post this is because the lawyers of both sides have had plenty of time to work something out, if they can’t the gap between what Amarex thinks and what Cytodyn thinks is too big to compromise on.
